The Lodges

Our Scandinavian-style lodges have a large, open-plan space, with kitchen, dining area and living room all opening  onto a balcony which overlooks the grounds of, the now gone, Flowerburn House. The mature trees – including Copper Beech, Monkey Puzzle , Cypress and Yew – together with mass Rhododenerons and Azaleas provide a lovely rural  setting, especially in May and June when the flowers are in bloom.

The Lodges are equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and ‘fridge with an ice box. All the crockery and cutlery you are likely to need is provided and if something you want isn’t there we will try to provide it.

The bedrooms, a double and a twin, sleep four and a Z-bed can be provided for a fifth person. Bed linen is included and towels can be hired if requested.

The bathroom has a small bath with an electric shower over it. A shaver socket is provided.
